how to get Mametchi?

I've been trying to get Mametchi but still don't know what's the method....:

for displine, do I praise for crying and pi**ed off and punish it if it wants attention?

and is there anything I should do with eating?

please help it'll make a huge difference T_T

u need to look afer yor child to get a young mametchi, then u make shure u never leave it over weight or have more than one happins/hungry level empty, then u shoud get
