How to change settings & different smilies

to change your settings (such as e-mail settings) click on "my controls" at the top. then, scroll down a little bit untill you get to "settings". check which ones there is and click on one of them. there will be different things you set (e.g in board settings you set what place your near which sets the proper time).

 

Also putting in smilies. if a smilie isn't in the board to the left you don't have to click on show all and select it. you can type it in. here is a list of the smilies (where i've put spaces you have to take them out):
