How to be a pyontitchi?

My big brother has a tamagotchi V4.

BUt his tama is the universal teen

the one that looks like tooth

but he wants his tama

to be a pyontitchi

Help him!!!

He'll just have to care for it really well and hope for the best because Pyonchitchi is a Universal adult coming from fairly good care (just not good enough care to get a proper character).

I usually get Pyonchitchi by caring for my Tamagotchi perfectly, just not playing any games or doing anything that will raise the skill points in any way.
