No,because the time you can get a job is random;there is no certain time for the [!] mail.

When your tamagotchi turns into an adult, wait a full 24 hours untill the [!] comes through the mail. Remember, the skill points depends on what job you will be getting an "O" "O" "O" on from the judges, so look at your skill points before opening the [!] .

You can not change the time because there is no right time for getting the mail. Also it has to be a FULL 24 hours.
