How old do they have to be to change?

I have 2 tamas, both v4s, one boy, one girl. They are both toddlers, but they have been toddlers for a few days now (though I do pause sometimes) and I think it's about time they change into teens. Anybody know how many years old they have to be to change into a teen, and then into an adult?

And also, is there any way to stop the robbers from taking the points?

Well you probably shouldn't pause it a lot because that would slow down the process to change.

I'm pretty sure they change at 2 or 3 years old. And i don't think that there is anyway to stop the robber from taking points.

In V4, the toddler changed into a teen when it is 2 years and then changed into an adult when it is 3 years. Pausing alot can effect the growth of your tama.

You have to keep your tamagotchi un-paused for the whole day. For instance, try to have your tamagotchi sleep during the night instead of pausing it.

I suggest to NEVER EVER pause. If you are t school/work and you can't take it with you, set it to 10:00pm and let it sleep all day. This way it won't loose any hungry/happy hearts and will stilll be sleeping by the time you get home!
