i had 30 smart points [pencil], 6 skill, and 0 fashion and got to be a chef and 40 smart points, 30 skill, and 21 fashion to be a teacher. i was experimenting around to see what the mimimun is.

Don't mean to be rude but these are wrong if you go on tamatown and go in the office it tells you how many skill points you need for each job and they are not all over 80 some of them are 40 some are 80 and some are 120.Also on some jobs you need to get so much on one cetian category but then you need a total amount of all your skill points it pretty confusing but if you go on tamatown it will tell you.I've tried to explain
