How long until a teen ages into an adult?

I just got a tamagotchi on a few days ago, and right now it's a teen. I'm pretty sure it's been 24 hours since it aged into a teen. How long until it ages into an adult?

In case if you’re still wondering, they usually take a day to evolve except when evolving from baby to a child.

Egg hatching > baby (approx 1 minute)

Baby > child (1 hour)

Child > teen (24 hours)

Teen > adult (24-25 hours)

Okay, yeah. I think my teen evolved into an adult after 25 hours and that's what confused me.
