how long is it gonna be asleep?

I got my v3 today and it fell asleep at 7:00,its now 9:36 and it still has not woken up, is it supposed to be doing this?

The Tamagotchi will sleep all night. If it went to bed at 7PM, I'm guessing it's a child and will wake up at 7-8AM.

What character is it? (check here) Different characters have different waking times. Tamatalk Guide ShAwDy_1 made an excellent Tamgotchi Version 3 sleeping times project. TamaTalk members posted in lots of sleeping times to help her/him out, so on the last page of results, ShAwDy_1 put all the posts together into one big sleeping times chart, I think it's on the last page of posts.
