For the Tamagotchi V3?
If for the V3 a baby will transform into a child after a few minutes and then it will take a nap, then wake up and later become a child. It will then become a teen in one or two days. My tama is only a teen so thats as far as I can say.

I believe it's a day from toddler to teen, and then ~3 days from teen to adult.
