How do you turn it off?

I've heard of pausing Tamagotchis, but I need to turn it off so that I can go to sleep without worrying about losing battery life! How do you off it without breaking it?

I don't think you can turn it off. The batteries won't die that quickly though!

You have to let it go to sleep! It'll fall asleep on its own, and then you turn out the lites by going to the lamp (third from the left on the second row) and then selecting "off". Then it'll wake up in the morning! The battery won't die fast, I've had mine a week adn 1 day, its still going good.

Ive had mine for a couple of months 10th generation and still going strong
