How do you get a Memetchi? Please help me!

i need to know how to get the light bulbed shaped tamagotchi called MEMETCHI! this one

 

what weight does it have to be and all that stuff!

memetich is a fairly easy charactor to get all you need to to is have more skill points in arts fashion than any other area. take good/ok care of it and waala a memetichi

ok here`s how i would do it.(by the way this is for v4

1.get a baby girl

2.let it evolved into either a mizutamatchi or a putchichi (thing that looks like a panda with no arms)

3.let it evolve into either a icogotchi this dude or a young memtchi which kind of looks like this

4.get mostly the fashion points(the ones that look like a star)get at least 20 of them.

5.when it evolves have all it`s hearts full

6.If you get your skill points about(this is only an example)357,74,39 you may get a special character called Makiko.

so at the end i am trying to say if you get the sparkle points over 350 with combination of 100 or over by the other 2 you may get a Makiko
