how do you connect with tama's all over the world

The results from games are piled over from people to people. So the Tamagotchis are not really connecting with each other from all over the world, they are just working with each other to help run the TamaEXPO.

I think what they mean is that you can connect with people all over the world if take your V5 with you when you travel all over the world. It would be really neat if you could connect to other people via login-&-logout-type passwords though.

No, it's not possible to connect all over the world. Maybe you were thinking about the Tama Earth EXPO, in which it shows the Tamagotchi World, but you can't connect with someone in, like, Japan or something. It has to be person-to-person. That would be cool, though.
