Your tama has to be 5+ to mate with another tama that is 5+. If your tama had morphed into an adult when 3, Mrs. Busybody will come when it is 6. If your tama had morphed into an adult when it was 4, Mrs. Busybody will come when it is 7. If you have rejected Mrs Busybody more than 3+, You're an oldie! But the boyfriend in the list... I dunno.
