Try to lookup a v2cart that has the secretcharacter on it and then lookup how to get it.

you can get him by letting a girl and boy grow into an oldy, get married, and then when the g-ma or g-pa leaves, the baby will grow straight into an oyajitchi, i'm not first handedly sure, but a lot of guides said they have tried it and it worked.
