How do my tamas become a doctor and.. truck driver I think?

They got their jobs and one is a doctor, the other what seems to be a truck driver. lolol

But I don't know how to get them to become what they got assigned to.

um...i'm not sure what you mean.....but it's because they got jobs, as they're adults. the amount of skill points they have affects what job they have. i assume you have V4 so with more pencil points, you get a job like a doctor. with more sparkle points, your tama can become a singer, for example. and if you have more flower points, i think your tama becomes a truck driver. correct me if i'm wrong.
