How do I get my CD rank above super silver?

I've never been able to get my CD above Super Silver because it simply won't do it! I always thought that it was because I never logged in with a Tamagotchi toy, but now I have and it won't do it.

Or does it just take longer?

This is a well known queston! You can level up your cd but it takes a TON of cd experience!!! My advice is to enter the weekly contests because thay give you alot of cd experiance!!!
