How do I change the border on my Tamagotchi P?

Ello! I just got my first tamagotchi in the mail the other day ( a tamagotchi p). And I know how to change the wallpaper in the living room, bedroom etc. But how do I change the icon border?? I have looked at other Forums about the changing the border and people have said to ' Go to the meter icon and on the 5th page is where you change the border'. When I go to the meter/scale icon and to the 5th page on my tamagotchi p, its just the settings (date/time setting, sound setting, and brightness setting). Please help, Thank you !!

with icon sets, you have to unlock them with a milestone number of tamatomo characters. i think the first one might be.... 5 characters? it's been a while since i've run my p's normally but other than that, you can also get the icon sets with a deco pierce; with the icons matching your pierce.
