How did my Neotchi transform into Himespetchi?

Hi there! I'm new to Tamagotchi P's and tried to get Yumemitchi with no luck. I did everything I could to boost Neotchi's charisma (Eating the bento, pudding, and playing with the clapboard 24/7) For some reason, the personality kept on switching to every other personality under the sun. Does anyone know why the personality kept changing even though I was strict about putting points towards Charisma? Also, how is it even possible that Neotchi transformed into Himespetchi when that's not even possible according to the character chart? I am so confused. Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

You might have played too many games and that's why you got her. It happened to me too, earlier when I didn't know how things work. If you win an arcade game 20 times, you get Himespetchi no matter what you do.
