Yeah... we all hate homework. But with so many people on TT, we can like, share tips and hints and whatnot? Right? I love the word whatnot... anywho, (I like that word, too) You can post here if you have and tips or tricks to survive homework... *shiver*

I usually relax myself before I do homework so I don't usually do it right after school.

Well for starters... do homework first, then have fun! (I learned that the hard way back when I was little. :) )

And

Ask your teachers for help, if you don't understand the material that's being taught! It's their job to teach you! :)

Yeah, I have learned that too. ;)

But sometimes I don't use that knowledge!

:)

Just like, tips. Like, I learned this one thing... for multiplication. It's like... you draw a rectangle.. then do squares and lines... hard to explain, but it makes multiplication alot easier. It's called the lattice method.
Example of the layout: https://www.learnnc.org/media/glossary/lattice2.png
Oh I never do multiplication without using the lattice method! ^^

For 11 times tables (By 2 digit numbers); Just add the 2 digits you are multiplying 11 by and stick the result in the middle!

Example: 11*81=

8+1 = 9

11*81=891.

For something like 11*74 where the sum is greater than 9, follow these instuctions given;

Example: 11*74=

7+4=11

11

704 (You MUST stick a zero in the middle)

814

11*74=814

Never fails!

That took a few readings, but then it clicked!

That's not lattice, but it looks helpful. I'll watch it again later when my sound is working...
