Hinotamatchi won't die or evolve

I've got a 9 year old Hino that weighs 99g. He won't eveolve or die. Is there anything I can do to kill it (or make it evolve)?

your tamagotchis probably broke,because my hinotamatchi evolved when it was supposed to.

Some times if it has bad care it won't evolve until you give it very good care.But the not dying part is freaky,probably a glitch.

Restart it. My friend got that. She restarted it and it never happened again.

Make it really hungry and unhappy then leave it and it should die
