Hi I'm new and could use some help

Hello everyone,

I'm the mom of a little girl who got a tomagotchi as a gift. She was so exited to get it. Unfortunatelly keeping it alive is proving very challenging. Does anyone know how to get it back to it's pre-death state once it dies? this last time she made it to 8 days with 4005 points but once it started beeping it seemed nothing could stop it from dying. I'm trying to revive it before she get's home from school and is devastated by another death. Please help.
