About three weeks ago, I was cleaning out my room and found two of my tamagotchi's, from 2003 and 2005. I had no idea what versions they were, but I didn't care. I then got really excited and decided I'd play them.

At first, I was all like

Because, there was no battery.

So, within a few days, I completely forgot about them and never bothered to get batteries.

But, about two weeks ago, my best friend mentioned how her tamagotchi had died and how she was very upset it about it. I told her not to worry and that I had some. We talked about stories concerning our 'babies' and decided that she was a bad parent, because she had killed her 'baby'.

That weekend we wen't shopping and bought a second-hand v4 from Toys-R-Us for $10AUD. We were all like

Then, we went to Toyworld and noticed that they were selling v5's! And we really wanted them. So, we got the reciept out, and asked them to 'match prices'. So, we ended up buying 3 v5's for $10AUD each (as opposed to $30AUD each). And we were content.

I got one, and she got the other two.

10 days later, my v5 is still working and I'm on the 2nd Gen approaching 3rd. And, I'm quite excited about it.

I'm also an amateur animator. I try to make some cool animations (like above), and, some work, some don't.
