About 24 unpaused hours after becoming an adult, your V4 / V4.5 character should graduate from school and be offered a job.

To add to what binary said, I suggest you don't try changing the time. If you do that, then you will unfortunately have to wait ANOTHER 24 unpaused hours and also no changing the time
