I HAVE JUST GOT A TAMAGOTCHI AND I HAVE BEEN LOOKING AT THE PICTURE STAGES OF THEIR LIFE. MY tamagotchi DOES NOT LOOK LIKE ANY THAT I HAVE SEEN. HE HAS JUST TURNED FROM A BABY INTO A STAR SHAPED THING. PLEASE HELP.

 
There's no reason to panic,the pictures you've seen are for Tamagotchi Connection v1 and from the character you just told us you have means you have a Tamagotchi Connection v2.

 
Poor you.. As the other person said, dont worry because it is V2! It is better than v1... Viva la version one!
