I just had my 1st gen and it has been 2 days and the daddy wont go away what do i do?

Just change the time to 11:59pm/23:59 and wait one minute. If he has been there for 24 unpaused hours, he should get out of bed and gaze down on the baby. In 2-5 minutes, he will silently leave the tamagotchi, and the baby will be left alone- ready for Generation 2!?
