HELP! How do you get thouse avies with it saying a tama and it dicie

Well, if you want an avatar, go to where it says Site Map, click on it and then a menu will pop up. Scroll down the menu and click on "Change Avatar" (or Update Avatar or whatever it says - something along those lines). Go to the Gallery and select one! If it is somebody else's avatar, don't "steal" it by saving it to your computer. There is nothing stopping you... but it is just polite ^_^ .

Or, make one yourself on Microsoft Paint!
