Hi ya! That means your tama is sick. Click on thye medicine bag. If you dont know what it looks like hit A 7 times and the hit B. If the skull is still above your tama, Repete this procidure untill the skull is gone.

Just press A 7 times, then press B, then press C and then press B again and it will be healed.
