Help!

Help I have a young mimitchi and it is 2 turning three today. I am going to get a mimitchi but I pressed reset

twice and I lost 2 training bars

! I need tips how to get training bars <_<

hmm. . im not sure, the only way you can get training bars is when the attention icon lights up but ur tama doesn't need anytthing you can "punish" to get a training bar. . or you can praise ur tama when its crying or if it has its back turned to you (if it looks depressed i guess. . .)
