If you can't be there with your tama and it's a baby PUT IT ON PAUSE!! It looses hearts easily and is VERY needy!!

Leave it unpaused and watch it grow.

First name it. If it's a boy, it's black and if it's a girl it's white. Feed it and play games with it and in an hour it will turn into a child. When you want to leave it for a long while, pause it by holding down A and then pressing B at the same time.
