Help with Tamagotchi Friends

Hello!! I need help, my friend sent me a European version of Tamagotchi Friends that does not work properly so I decided to open it, now it works but does not connect with other tamagotchi friends, can anyone help me or does anyone know videos about it? I think I have put something together wrong since there is a loose cable, but I am not sure where it is placed, I would really appreciate your help!!
