HELP THE NEW AREA ON TAMATOWN

Please tell me how long will it be to open up the new area on TamaTown MusicStar. I know that you have to donate but why don't people with a lot of Gotchi Points donate too? Because I bet those people are just greedy. So please tell how long will be. By the way I donated too.

Look, just because someone saves up a lot to get an instrument and toy for their Tama doesn't mean that their being Greedy. It takes a lot of time and effort to get CD's far enough along to sell for a lot of points. Don't sit on this site site and bad mouth, that's in very bad taste, and quite rude. We're here to help each other after all.

Now, what area are you talking about in the Music Star? I've been donating a little here and there but I didn't know that it was for unlocking a new area.

Place your mouse pointer in front of "CUSTOMER SUPPORT" and click "Contact Us" from the menu.

On Bandai's Customer Support page, click "Customer Service" and you will see a form. Fill it in and click the "Send Email" button at the bottom.

I also agree with this person here. Forgot who I quoted but its really hard to get all those points and just donate them to some place you don't know when it will be open. If it had a specific date of when then maybe and if it had like a set amount and they told us what it was, maybe. But we don't really need to if we don't want to. But I hope it comes soon, lol. There was no release date of when it was coming. Just be patient, it won't be long. Probably next month, cause that's when upgrades usually happen.
