Help, my tamagotchi won't age!

I got my tamagotchi on christmas; five days ago. On it's age status it says it's only three days old but shes still growing. What is wrong with my tamagotchi?

It could be broken but probably you have been putting it on pause. If you havent putten it on pause take it back to the place you got it!

I think you might have put it on pause for a while. If not I would take it back to the store.

This happend to me but i know what to do! even know you'll lose all your data i;ts worth it! JUST RESET IT AND DON'T DOWNLOAD! it is sad if you got really neat friends and all

Did ever pause it? maybe thats the problem

NORMALLY IF IT'S A BABY IT DOESNT AGE TODDLERS AGE BUT NOT ALL THE TIME IF U GET A TEENAGER IT SHOULD BE 1 YEAR OLD IF IT'S NOT U MUST BE PUTTING IT ON PAUSE AT NIGHT IF U DONT PUT IT ON PAUSE THEN IT SHOULD BE 1 YEAR OLD I HOPE IT HELPS BUT IT DOESNT WORK UR TAMA IS PROBABLY BROKEN
