HELP ME

There is a big x flashing on the screen of my connection. None of the buttons do anything. What is it and how do i get back to my tama?

nevermind i reset it because no one would help me and i couldnt do any thing

That 'x' means you need to change the batteries. Once you do there's an option to download (go back to playing with your last tama) or reset.
