Help Making Backgrounds for P's

Does anybody know how to do this? I've read a few guides, and have IDmake, but I still can't figure it out. If anyone can give me a step by step (for dummies) guide, or convert a few images for me, I'd really appreciate it! ^_^

I believe you can get them from the furniture store. I haven't gotten a P's yet, so I'm not sure on how to set it...
