Help in identifying the version

Hello everyone!

I will be brief, as a child, I had a Tamagotchi(or some copy) and I loved it very much. So I wanted to buy it, but searching the Internet gave nothing.

The only thing I remember is that there s**t is removed by a passing bulldozer. Also, this thing was X-in-one. (don't remember, maybe 16 or more).
