I have tried to get Bill on the Tamagotchi Classic app multiple times now (on multiple phones), to no avail.
For the original Gen 1 tamagotchi, you have to raise the tamagotchi all the way to Maskutchi without any discipline, then have perfect discipline to get Bill. I am certain that I haven't made any mistakes as I constantly monitor all attention calls.
I can't find any guides online that have any information on any changes made in the programming compared to the original P1.
Did anyone else get Bill on the app, and if so, do you remember how you got him?
