Help Can't get into Tamatown online

Okay so this is pretty sad the I'm 18 and can't figure this out. I keep trying to get into tamatown and it keeps telling me my user name is incorrect. I've gone to the PC icon in the door menu and it tells me to transfer points. I go to login with my user name and the password given but it wont work while my points keep disappearing. I'm just getting frustrated because I don't even know what I could access on tamatown for my tamagotchi. Pleeeease help!

Okay... Welp. Don't feel bad, I had a duh moment with this too.

----Checklist----

1: Created a tamatown user name... (2 letters, 4 numbers) ON the actual site

2: Logged in/Activated account...

3: Then logged in as guest.

4: Logged in your current tama. (Music Star/Tama-Go require Tamatown username)

5: Entered your code from your tamagotchi.... Hit okay

6: Play/Enjoy?

Since v5/Familitchi and lower connections don't require a username on tamatown... It could be really confusing... So I gotcha. I'm not on TamaTown very often so I'm not 100% on how to do things... I really hope this helps you out to where you can enjoy your piece of tamatown.

I do not have TamaGo but I will offer the little I can.

First... You have TamaGo or Music Star? (I did not see if you mentioned.)

I am going to guess that you have TamaGo and clicked to login with TamaGo and NOT Music Star.

(If you have Music Star, you cannot transfer points)

The User ID you are typing in is the one you inside the TamaGo, yes?

NOT the 2 Letter 4 Number... unless you made them the same.)

NOT the Username for Computer TamaTown Login.

I know sometimes I accidentally type in the one specifically for Login TamaTown before I realize and it does not work.
