I do believe the newest versions are the Music Star and Tama - Go.

I'm not much of a Tamagotchi person anymore though. :3

Welcome back! As far as Japanese releases go, the most recent one is the Tamagotchi ID. The most recent release in the States is the Tama-Go. I think this might be helpful: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Tamagotchi_releases.
