Hi and Welcome 
Best thing to do is just have a mooch about the forums - there's a little explanation about each one in the main menu - it's pretty simple just to click your way around.
The topics pinned in bold at the top of each forum are usually useful or important and they are worth reading at least once!
Otherwise, look for interesting topic titles, click and read! If you have a POV then post a reply! It is really that easy!
Don't forget to have a read of the site rules - behaviour, language, etc. on TamaTalk - that one is the most useful
