This might help with colours and sizes (you said in your siggy you were trying to get to grips with it):
(COLOR=GREEN) put sentence here (/COLOR)
(SIZE=4) put sentence here (/SIZE)
(b*) put sentence here (/
(I) put sentence here (/I)
(U) put sentence here (/U)
BTW, you need to use these brackets [] instead of the ones I used. I used the wrong ones to show you the method.
