having trouble connecting to Uratama internet

Is anyone having problem connecting to this site?

I live in China and since the earthquake have not been able to connect? It is a Uratama villiage in Japanese. Any suggestions on other ways to get to Uratowns?

there is only 1 uratown sorry but mabey u could try connecting to e-tamago
