Have you ever noticed...

Has anyone else besides me ever noticed the faint beeping noise your Tama makes when you hold the back of it up to your ear? It only does it on the Version 1s, 2s, and 3s. I couldn't hear anything coming from the 4s, 4.5s, and 5s. I don't know why it beeps, but I've always wondered what it was.

I just heard they took it out for the V4, V4.5, and V5 to save battery power.

That beep was the sound of the battery but lots of us used to pretend it was the tama's heart beat

I always think of it as a Tama's heartbeat! Somehow, it makes them seem more real. To save on battery power, V5 Tamagotchis do not have heartbeats. But, of course, this does not make them any less special!

OMG!! cuz i thought my V3 tama was broken!!! so i asked my dad to replace the batteries, and it still made that sound!! i thought all our batteries ere busted!! LOL

When I heard that come out of my v3, I thought it was broken too. So I asked my dad if he knew what it was and he said, "Screw it. As long as it still works, it's fine." ^_^

I've always thought of it as a heartbeat. Whenever I have those motherly moments with my Tama, I'll tenderly hold it up to my ear and hear the gentle little beeping noise...

 

xD okay, well it's not like THAT (HAR HAR HAR), but I do think that beeping noise is really cute!
