If you ordered it off UPS a e-mail from Ups will come to you with a tracking number so you can track your package as it is being sent.

UPS is fast, but I don't like them anymore because I had to pay to get a christmas present I was getting International charges suck.

And as mentioned 1-3 weeks is usual. I'd be concerned if it was going on 2 months with no sight of your purchased movie.

If you lived in the US, it would probably take a week. Since you live in England, I'd say at leats two weeks.
