What's a golden tamagotchi for/what is it anyways?

The golden tamagotchi is a souvonier you get if you find all the items listed! (Item locations, by chocosilver) You unfortunatly can't use it, but you can view it in your souvonier list.

There was also a competition to win Special Golden V3's

Unfortunatly it's over now but you can find one on ebay for about $50

On tama town you can find items in the V3 area and when you find all the "hidden objects" you get a passward! The Golden Tama is a souvenier and it never goes away unless your tama dies without having a baby or you reset it and don't download. Hope I helped.

hey i cant seem to find one of the items for the golden tamagotchi, its the one that looks like a nail or a bow tie in the top right hand corner of the list.

If you mean the souvenir, then you can't use it. If you mean the actual things, they are on eBay for around $50!
