Girl legally changes her embarrasing name

I was browsing the internet one day and found this interesting article about a 9-year-old girl in New Zealand who legally changes her embarrassing name.

Don't believe me? Just ask Talula Does The Hula In Hawaii. Yes, the girl's name was Talula Does The Hula In Hawaii.

The judge, however, did not release her new name to the public.

So, what do you guys think about this? I wonder what the parents were thinking when they named her that. But supposedly she was in some custody battle... I'm not too sure.

I believe somewhere, as baby was named "@"(). A symbol in Chinese, I forgot what. In France, they ban names that could be used to tease or make fun of the child.

Maybe they were drunk, or just wanted to stand out.
