Hey everyone!
I registered here in the hopes of getting some advice about Bill... I got this 2018 re-release version of P1 (looks like this). I read wiki, forums, everything I could find online. I still cannot get the dang Bill, and at this point I'm desperate enough to ask for help.
Here's what I've tried so far:
1. I take perfect care of my Tama but don't discipline him at all until he grows into a Maskutchi .
2. I then give him perfect care only allowing 1 heart to drop at a time. I fully discipline him at this stage.
3. According to wiki, old release should turn around age 10-12, and re-release around age 18, but mine lived to 23 and died eventually from old age.
Now, here's a catch. I did pause him. When I went out, or when I was at a work meeting. I read somewhere that pausing is bad? Can this be the reason why? If yes, does constant time reset (to put him to sleep when you're busy) and, as a consequence, inflated age of the Tama can also result in not getting Bill? Because people argue that doing this will still be ok unlike a complete time freeze, but I'm not sure since it still messes up the real age...
