Getting a Ura Memetchi?

Is there any certain requirements for getting a Ura Memetchi or is it sort of random because at the moment my Tama (named Tawna) is a Young Ura Memetchi and I was just curious if there was a way I could ensure that she grows up to be a Ura Memetchi.

actually i have a ura mametchi and if im right you should actually get a lot of funny points but not up to 450... but for more info you should look for growth charts!!!!
