Here's a tip. Depending on how much notes you catch the speed gets faster 
h34r:
1-5 notes: REALLY SLOW
10-15 notes: THE SPEED INCREASES
18-20: FULL SPEED
P.S Afterward the notes start at normal speed. DODGE THE POOPS(It means when they are in the bag it is okay to move your tama there!!!)
