Friends Kiosk Jewelry

Hey guys! I have a question: I have a TamaFriends, and it states you can do bumping with special Kiosks to get jewelry. I was wondering if these Kiosks were still around and if so in what stores??? I heard ToysRUs but idk. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!!

My disappointment was that there is no celebration for getting 100% on the jewelry items or for completing the missions in the town.

If i remember, the kiosks were never actually available in North America despite being advertised. >< The only picture I've seen of it in a store was located somewhere in Europe, so I'm guessing they were available at one point for a small timeframe.
