Evolving Time

Do you know what age tama's evolve into an adult. Because I Had a Ichigotchi and it evolved at three years old, early one morning.But now I have a hinotamatchi and it is the same age as my Ichigotchi but it has not evolved yet.Do diffrent tama's have diffrent evolving ages?

I think it differs for each Tama. So far I've heard of them evolving from ages 3-5.
